Started with his father Guido, the son Andrea continues the tradition of great wines in the cellars of the former Cistercian monastery transformed in Relais, to serve the guests of the Truffle Bistrot and the restaurant Guido da Costigliole the excellence of the grapes of Piedmont and beyond. The precious collection of Andrea Alciati and the banker Gallo includes some real jewels, from the great wines of Burgundy such as those of Domaine de la Romanée Conti, the famous Chateaux of Bordeaux such as Lafite, Margaux, Rothschild, Yquem. There are the Champagnes of Roederer, Selosse, Gosset and Salon; the Brunello di Montalcino of San Giorgio, Soldera and Nero di Casanova; the Super Tuscans, Sassicaia, Masseto, Ornellaia and Donna Olimpia. The very strong bond with the land is consecrated by the presence of Piedmonts of great value: Gaja, La Spinetta, Giacosa, Conterno, Coppo. Add to these a qualified selection of small local producers, an expression of the extraordinary range offered by this region.
